Earlier this week the Disney Channel Networks hosted their 2011 Upfront, an annual presentation to advertisers.
As part of the event Disney announced “Phineas and Ferb” and “Good Luck Charlie” are not only returning for another season on the Disney Channel but both will have Disney Channel Original Movie. “Phineas and Ferb: Across the 2nd Dimension” is set to premiere in Summer 2011 while a holiday themed “Good Luck Charlie” DCOM comes later this year. Also returning are the Disney Channel series “Shake It Up” and Disney XD series “Pair of Kings”, and “Kick Buttowski — Suburban Daredevil” (series on Disney XD) and the popular Disney Junior “Jake and the Never Land Pirates.”
