Comic-Con Day 4 Disney Highlights from @figgy999
There were only two panels on the final day:
The Epic Mickey 2 panel featured Warren Spector, designer of the game, Becky Cline, Director of the Walt Disney Archives, Marv Wolfman, who wrote the story for the game, and Peter David, who wrote the graphic novel.
Some notes from the panel:
- Frank Welker will voice Oswald the Lucky Rabbit who speaks for the first time.
- Marv Wolfman, is not only a famed comic book writer, but was also the founding editor of Disney Adventures, which got a loud applause
- Peter David got the call to write the graphic novel while waiting in line for Peter Pan’s Flight at Disneyland
At the Amazing Spider-Man panel a new mini-series entitled “Punisher War Zone” was announced that will wrap the Greg Rucka/Marco Checchetto run with the character where the Punisher will go to war with the Marvel Universe.
