As Ernesto makes landfall (looking more impressive than he has all week) the forecast for the Walt Disney World area looks much the same as what I wrote up yesterday. Thunderstorm chances diminish today through the rest of the week with only about a 30 percent chance. Highs will be in the low to mid 90s through the end of the week and there really isn’t much more to it than that.
GFS computer model shows an East Coast hurricane sometimes around August 20-25 so that is something I’d keep an eye on if you have travel in your plans.
