A very happy Friday to you all and a very happy first day of fall (officially starting within the 9 o’clock hour)! With only one week until the Tower of Terror weekend I really wish we could funnel some cooler weather down here. Another front is sliding south but once again doesn’t promise TOO much relief to Central Florida though once again parts of the southeast will cool nicely by the time we get to Sunday and those winds shift from south to north behind it.
There is an awful lot of moisture pooling over the area as I type this so while the chances for storms is under 30 percent this afternoon any storms that do pop up could contain very heavy rain and of course dangerous lightning so be prepared for that.
Highs will be right around 90 through the beginning of next week without much fluctuation. I will monitor that front and we’ll see if we can get SOME relief by say Wednesday-ish.
