Reports have indicated that Marvel is in negotiations with Jon Spaihts to write the script for Doctor Strange which will be directed by Scott Derrickson. Jon Spaihts is best known for being a writer on the Alien prequel Prometheus, but he is also working on the script for Disney’s remake of The Black Hole.
Marvel has not announced a release date for Doctor Strange.
