Michael Egan, who is suing several Hollywood executives including X-Men director Bryan Singer has dropped his lawsuit against former Imagineer Gary Goddard. The suit against the Hoop-Dee-Do creator once it was revealed he was not in Hawaii during the alleged incident.
Previously, Egan dropped his lawsuit against for Disney Executive Garth Ancier who is now counter-suing Egan for malicious litigation.
