Reports indicate that J. David Stem and David N. Weiss have been hired to work on the script of the sequel to Disney’s 2007 hit Enchanted. Stem and Weiss have previously written the Smurfs films as well as Shrek 2. While the original was directed by Kevin Lima, Anne Fletcher (Step Up, The Proposal) is set to direct the sequel.
No actors have been announced to be a part of the production.
