Disney Channel’s Girl Meets World has been renewed for a second season after having aired just 5 episodes. The spinoff of ABC’s Boy Meets World has performed well in its Friday night timeslot. In upcoming episodes, guest stars from the original series will appear including Minkus in this Friday’s episode. Minkus is the father of series regular Farkle and is portrayed by Lee Norris.
Production on the second season of the series will begin in November.
