Warner Bros. has moved the release date of Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice to March 25, 2016 from May 6, 2016. This avoids a conflict with the third Captain America film which was also scheduled for May 6th.
Warner Bros also announced 9 additional films based on DC Comics characters. While the titles of the films are unknown, DC has locked up release dates through 2020 mirroring a strategy Marvel has employed; announcing release dates without announcing the movie’s title or plot.
