Hollywood’s legendary El Capitan Theatre presents a special engagement of Disney’s “Big Hero 6,” in realD® 3D and Dolby® Atmos™ from Nov. 7 – Dec. 21, 2014. Guests have the opportunity to experience an exhilarating laser light show, watch the all-new short “Feast” and see Baymax live on stage before every screening.

“The El Capitan Theatre is Hero headquarters for “Big Hero 6,” said Lylle Breier, senior vice president of worldwide special events for Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. “El Capitan guests will have the opportunity to be among the first to see the film at our special advance screening on Nov. 6 at 7 p.m., complete with prizes and giveaways.”

Daily showtimes are 10 a.m., 1 p.m., 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. with special 9:45 p.m. showtimes opening weekend (Nov. 7-9) and Friday and Saturday nights following. Tickets are on sale now, and available at the El Capitan Theatre (6838 Hollywood Blvd.), online at www.elcapitantickets.com, or by calling 1-800-DISNEY6. Special group rates for parties of 20 or more are available by calling 1-818-845-3110. Show times are subject to change.

On select dates, El Capitan guests may also enjoy breakfast and receive a commemorative photo with Baymax before the 10 a.m. movie. Seating is limited and reservations are required.

The El Capitan Theatre will also host a very special 2D Tiny Tot Tuesday every Tuesday during the run of “Big Hero 6” at 10 a.m. During this special screening, parents and small children may enjoy the movie in a 2D tot-friendly way—with lights dimmed rather than out and reduced sound levels.
