Fox News is reporting that a family’s vacation was cut short onboard the Disney Cruise Line when their four-month old got sick. According to the family they were told that their infant was too young and that their vacation would be terminated. Until recently, babies 12 weeks and older were permitted to travel but as of Jan. 1, children must be at least six months of age to cruise. Disney declined to comment on the case citing medical privacy, though stated that it is the company’s policy to assist those who have been asked to disembark for medical or safety reasons.
