Variety is reporting that “Nightcrawler” actor Riz Ahmed is in negotiations to play the male lead in the first Star Wars Anthology film, Rogue One.
Ahmed would join Felicity Jones who plays the female lead in the picture that is described as a war film that details the Rebels that steal the plans for the Death Star.
Rogue One will be released December 16, 2016
