Following up on a news story from earlier in the week, a man has been arrested in relation to a possible rape that occurred on July 16th at Downtown Disney in Walt Disney World. 26-year-old Hector M. Herrera was arrested on July 23rd in his home. The woman who was found naked in the bushes behind Cirque Du Soilel by a Disney security guard doesn’t remember if any sexual activity occurred, but has stated that if it did it was not consensual.
