The Disney Vacation Club confirmed to the Orlando Sentinel that additional units will be added as part of a renovation of Disney’s Wilderness Lodge.
The plan includes the building of 26 waterfront cabins on the shores of Bay Lake as well as a new pool, boardwalk, and restaurant.
The timing nor the name of the new project were not announced at this time.
As part of the work the Hidden Springs Pool will be closed from October 26, 2015 through 2017. Certain pathways and other areas will also be closed during construction, beginning in early October 2015.
