Today at Donald Trump’s “Trump For Veterans” event, the presidential candidate stated that Ike and Laurie Perlmutter gave $1 million to his veteran’s campaign.
Ike Perlmutter is the head of Marvel who sold the company to Disney. He remains the head of the division and one of Disney’s largest shareholders.
When announcing the donation, Trump called Perlmutter a great man of our country in regards to business and talent.
Donald Trump is holding this event in Iowa after declining the invitation to participate in tonight’s Fox News GOP debate.
