Disney is looking to expand upon their popular Wishes Fireworks Dessert Parties at Magic Kingdom by adding same-day availability and a new viewing area. Starting tomorrow, April 19th, guests will be able to make same-day reservations to enjoy themed desserts at Tomorrowland Terrace before heading over to the Plaza Gardens area to watch the show. Guests who make their dessert parties in advance will still get to view Wishes from Tomorrowland Terrace while same-day reservation guests move over to Plaza Gardens after dining.
The Plaza Gardens was previously used for Fastpass+ reservations but Disney removed this selection last month. It’s also worth noting that this viewing area does not have seating.
Reservations for the Wishes Fireworks Dessert Parties are $59 for adults and $35 for children (including tax). Advanced reservations for Tomorrowland Terrace viewing can be made in advance by visiting DisneyWorld.com/dine or calling 407-WDW-DINE while same-day reservations will be available at the Tomorrowland Terrace podium beginning at 10:30 a.m. each day.
