While Disney’s My Disney Experience app provides guests with maps of the park, one thing that it’s lacked is actual directions between locations. Now it looks like that may change with the next update.
According to WDWMagic, the app will soon be adding a “Get Directions” button that will allow guests to map a walking route either based on their current GPS location or other landmark. It is also expected that this navigation feature while extend beyond the park the guest is currently in to provide directions across all of Walt Disney World’s property including various transportation options (buses, ferries, etc.).
