Coco Wins While 21st Century Fox and Hulu Shine at Golden Globes

The Walt Disney Company only received one award at this year’s Golden Globes. Pixar’s Coco won the award for Best Animated Feature. Noticeably, FX and 20th Century Fox had fantastic evenings. Additionally, Hulu, which Disney owns 30% of and might soon own 60%, was recognized as well. In fact, if the acquisition was complete today, 12 out of the 25 winners would be for product by studios that Disney controls.

Best TV Series Drama: The Handmaid’s Tale

Best Performance by Actress in a TV Series Drama: Elisabeth Moss, The Handmaid’s Tale

Best Performance by an Actor in a TV Series Drama: Sterling K. Brown, This is Us

Best Performance by an Actor in a Limited Series or Motion Picture Made for Television: Ewan McGregor, Fargo
