Walt Disney World Resort is offering up to a $500 new hire bonus for lifeguard positions when certain requirements are met including 30 days of continuous employment.

 LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla., March 15, 2018 – Walt Disney World Resort invites local residents to explore lifeguard opportunities at our upcoming job fair on March 21 at the Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.

The event is open to the public for those aged 16 and up and will focus on finding talent for our lifeguard roles. Qualified candidates will have the opportunity to apply, interview on site and take a swim test, with the possibility of being hired on the spot.
