With dozens delicious dining options at Disney Springs, it’s can be difficult to decide where to go for that all important after shopping meal. One of Disney Springs’ newest eateries, The Edison is making that choice a little easier. Starting in April they are featuring a Burger of the Month Series to tempt tastebuds and satisfy stomachs. Residing in what was formerly the Adventurers Club, The Edison is themed after a power plant and inspired by the sometimes crazy, always intriguing turn of the century inventors. The Burger of the Month Series works perfectly in this setting by joining the already creative menu. April’s exclusive burger is the Farmhouse and Cheese Burger:
Layers of fontina, muenster, gruyere, and alpine swiss provide a heavenly gooey flavor nestled between four slices of bread to make the ultimate double-decker sandwich. Complete with our signature blend of sirloin, shortrib, brisket, and smoked bacon, look no further to satisfy your every comfort food craving. In-season Florida tomatoes, fresh from local farms top the burger to tantalize your tastebuds.
Of course a burger wouldn’t be complete without a tasty beverage. Along with plenty of soft drink options, The Edison recommends paring the Farmhouse and Cheese Burger with a Founders IPA or their signature The Billionaire cocktail featuring Knob Creek Bourbon, Brevans Abssinthe, Agnostura Bitters, lemon juice, simple syrup and grenadine.
