Terralina Crafted Italian is a brand new restaurant that’s just days away from opening at Disney Springs. The Italian eatery will resided in the former home of Portobello, right along the shores of Lake Buena Vista.
What’s happening:
- Disney Springs’ newest restaurant, Terralina Crafted Italian will open to guests on Thursday, June 28th.
- The restaurant was inspired by the design and lifestyle of Northern Italy’s famous lakes like Lake Como, set far away from city life and surrounded by picturesque villages.
- Terralina Crafted Italian’s transformation includes a newly installed veranda that overlooks Riverboat Square. Guests will take in sweeping waterfront views while they relax and dine.
- Along with the gorgeous veranda, the restaurant also features a centrally located kitchen where chefs are busily preparing freshly picked herbs, grilling vegetables, and baking pizzas in the wood burning stove.
- The creative culinary team will be led by Chef Tony Mantuano and Executive Chef Justin Plank. Both chefs have carefully developed a menu that will showcase authentic Italian flavors that are both familiar and new.

- Housemade Lasagna
- Chicken Parmesan
- Housemade Porchetta
- Capellini with Crab
- Swordfish Peperonatta
- Margherita Pizza
- Funghi Pizza
- Signature Antipasti Tower: cured meats, artisanal cheeses, housemade pickled vegetables and housemade pecorino truffle potato chips.

A full-service bar will offer handcrafted apertivos like the classic Negroni, as well as refreshing pitchers of Crafted Lemonade made with lavender rosemary vodka, homemade orange blossom lemonade and celery bitters. Of course guests can also select a bottle or glass of wine from the global and Italian wine list.
