Walt Disney Studios Names New VPs of Marketing

As Disney prepares for the release of their 2019 film lineup and the debut of their streaming service, Walt Disney Studios names Ryan Stankevich and Martha Morrison as senior vice presidents of marketing.

What’s happening:

  • According to Variety, Walt Disney Studios has promoted Ryan Stankevich and Martha Morrison to Senior VP’s of marketing.
  • The decision was announced on Tuesday by marketing president, Asad Ayaz.
  • Stankevich will oversee Marvel Studios and Lucasfilm movie marketing, and Morrison will focus on Walt Disney Animation Studios and Pixar Animation Studios films.
  • Both senior vice presidents will also handle Disney’s other live-action film projects as well as lead global campaigns for Disney theatrical productions.
