Universal Orlando has released a guide to all of the tasty Cajun flavors guests will be able to try during the upcoming Mardi Gras celebration.

  • Food and drink options at Universal’s Mardi Gras 2019 will consist of old favorites and new options, including:
    • Crab Etouffee
    • Catfish Po Boy
    • King Cake
    • Jambalaya
    • Gumbo
    • Red beans and rice
    • Beignets
    • Twisted taters with a new Cajun seasoning twist

  • The will also be some specialty drink options, including:
    • Carnival Cocktail
    • Ragin’ Rumbalaya
    • Vicious Voodoo (a combo of the two above!)
    • And a wide variety of craft beer selections

  • The will also be a mimosa bar with unique flavors like caramel apple, raspberry rosemary, mojito mint and more.
  • If you’re looking for a non-alcoholic option, the signature frozen drink will be Bayou Bog Water, complete with gummy worms and fish, blueberry boba beads and a lemonade and ginger ale mix.
  • All food and drink items will be served in tasting sizes, allowing guests to enjoy all the unique flavors.
  • All of these dishes and sips can be found in the French Quarter Courtyard in the New York area of Universal Studios Florida, which will open at 4 PM everyday for the duration of Universal’s Mardi Gras.
  • Universal’s Mardi Gras will also offer world class entertainment, including a nighttime parade and a series of concerts that will include performances by Pitbull, Macklemore and more.
