Universal Orlando has revealed a first look at some of the food offerings guests will find at the new Endless Summer Resort – Surfside Inn and Suites when it opens this summer.
- Beach Break Cafe, the casual dining food court at Surfside Inn and Suites, will feature surf-inspired dishes infused with Southern California flavors and fresh ingredients.
- The cafe will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the menu will be affordable and offer something for everyone from unique cuisine to comfort food.
- Universal Orlando gave a look at the following menu items:
- Breakfast:
- Bacon Egg and Cheese Croissant served with breakfast potatoes.
- Breakfast Pizza with sausage gravy, bacon, scrambled eggs, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese.

- Lunch and Dinner:
- Italian Ciabatta Ham with capicola, genoa salami, provolone, red onion, tomato, shredded romaine, pepperoncini and red wine vinaigrette.
- SoCal Cobb Salad consisting of chopped lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, blue cheese, bacon, hard boiled egg and avocado ranch dressing.
- Caprese Panini with tomato, mozzarella, fresh basil and balsamic glaze
- Pipeline Burger consisting of a beef patty, topped with caramelized onion, bacon jam and provolone cheese served with crisp lettuce and vine ripe tomatoes on a toasted bun.
- Tofu Power Bowl with Baja Sauce consisting of cilantro lime rice, quinoa, kale, red cabbage, pickled carrots. (Tofu can be substituted for chicken or carne asada).
