- The post was surely in reference to a report by Walt Disney World New Today (WDWNT) earlier in the day that said Disney was planning to replace the attraction with a show themed to Moana, citing inside sources.
- As mentioned, it’s rare for the Parks Blog to address fansite reports — something they acknowledge, writing “Although we won’t address every rumor, we want to set the record straight.”
- Disney’s rebuttal comes as other rumors have fans in fear of losing some of their favorite attractions.
- WDWNT also reports that Disney is considering replacing the Country Bear Jamboree with a Toy Story marionette show.
