With Universal Studios Hollywood being open for the new Taste of Universal event, guests can now visit two brand new locations. Minion Cafe and The Pets Store are now open for dining and shopping experiences.
- Minion Cafe is a new dining experience located near the Despicable Me Minion Mayhem attraction.
- The new location is themed to those loveable little yellow creatures from the popular animated film franchise and features some really great art of the characters both inside and out.
- Inside, guests will find a delicious menu that features favorites like:
- Chicken, Bacon & Ranch Mac N Cheese
- Grilled Cheese with Meatballs
- Loaded Tots
- Loaded Chicken Nachos
- Unicorn Cupcake
- And much more
- While the new Secret Life of Pets: Off the Leash! attraction unfortunately cannot open just yet, guests can visit the gift shop, The Pets Store.
- Inside, guests will find all kinds of merchandise dedicated to the popular films, including plush, apparel, toys and much more.
- The store also features some fun theming elements including a dog house, multiple fire hydrants and a rotating array of wigs for Gidget.
- Outside of the store, guests can also see the newly-themed area featuring some more fun details, as well as the entrance to the new attraction.
- Guests can see both Minion Cafe and The Pets Store by visiting Universal Studios Hollywood during Taste of Universal.
- Taste of Universal runs on select Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays with prices varying depending on the day. You can get tickets here.
