Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs has announced a special cookie only available from March 13 through St. Patrick’s Day on March 17.

What’s Happening:

  • From now through St. Patrick’s Day (March 17), Gideon’s Bakehouse has created an extra minty special chocolate mint cookie exclusively at Disney Springs.
  • Typically, for the chocolate mint cookie, the bakehouse keeps the mixture of dough and mint frozen for 24 hours, but they have experimented with keeping this limited-time mixture frozen for one month.
  • They say the result is a very minty dark chocolate cookie completed with green glitter sprinkled on top.
  • Gideon’s also warns to not mix this cookie with others if you plan to get a variety when you go, unless you want the powerful mint flavor on all of them.
  • The cookie will be available in very limited quantities each day, so make sure to arrive early if you plan on trying it out.

  • If mint dark chocolate cookies aren’t enough, chocolate-dipped cookie cake slices are also available made with Gideon’s peanut butter chocolate swirl that is covered in peanut butter buttercream and hand-dipped in chocolate.
