Disneyland Resort Reveals Tiered Ticket Prices and Blockout Dates for Reopening

The Disneyland Resort has released the tiered ticket prices and blockout dates for when the theme parks reopen on Friday, April 30.

What’s Happening:

  • With the theme park reservation date fast approaching for the Disneyland Resort, tiered ticket prices and blockout dates have been announced for those looking to visit Disneyland and Disney California Adventure.
  • Currently, the theme park ticket prices have remained the same since the shutdown of the parks and have not gone up in price.
  • As a reminder, to enter Disneyland or Disney California Adventure, both a theme park reservation and valid admission ticket for the same park on the same date are required for Guests ages 3 and up.
  • Guests must have a valid theme park admission ticket in order to make a reservation.
  • Theme park reservations will be limited and subject to availability.
  • Until further notice, only California residents may visit the parks in groups no larger than 3 households, in line with current state guidelines.

Guests with Previously Purchased Tickets:

  • Guests who had tickets purchased before the park closures that are valid will be able to make reservations starting on Monday, April 12.
  • As a reminder, ticket expiration dates were extended for many outstanding tickets. To accommodate as many types of ticket holders as possible, park reservations for select dates may be made available on a rolling basis. Ticket calendars will be updated on a rolling basis.

Ticket Sales:

  • For those looking to purchase tickets, sales will begin on April 15 no earlier than 8:00 am PT.
  • Tickets will follow the tiered system that was previously introduced in February 2020.

Important Dates and Times:

Reservations and Ticket Sales (Starting April 12):

  • April 9: If you currently hold a theme park ticket, you can check available days for your 1-day ticket type beginning April 9 on Disneyland.com/ParksUpdates.
  • April 12: The theme park reservation system will open no earlier than 8:00 am PT on April 12 and Guests who already have valid theme park tickets may begin making park reservations.
  • April 15: Theme park ticket sales will resume no earlier than 8:00 am PT on April 15, and Guests without park tickets may begin purchasing tickets and make park reservations.

Park Hopping (Daily at 1:00 pm):

  • Guests with Park Hopper tickets will be able to switch parks starting at 1:00 pm each day, but must still make a reservation for the first park they’ll visit.

Hotel Reservations (April 15):

  • Starting April 15, you can contact your travel agent or go to Disneyland.com to start booking stays that begin on April 29. Theme park reservations will need to be made separately.
  • Laughing Place recommends using Mouse Fan Travel if you do go the travel agent route for your Disneyland Resort stay.

Dining Reservations (April 22):

  • Reservations will open for select locations on April 22 and are available to book 60 days in advance on Disneyland.com and on the Disneyland App.

Park Hours (9:00 am – 7:00 pm):

  • Both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure will be open from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm daily.
  • Hours are subject to change and you can visit Disneyland.com for the latest operating hours.
