- The video is set to “For the First Time in Forever” and the Cast Members complete actions to the lyrics, such as opening a door at the right time or moving a stack of plates on queue.
- The rendition of “For the First Time in Forever” appears to be from a recording of Frozen – Live at the Hyperion, which Disney decided to permanently close during the park’s downtime.
- Holding the camera is Michael, a Guest Relations host and Disneyland Tour Guide.
- Cast Members featured in the video work at the Candy Palace, Gibson Girl Ice Cream, and the Emporium in addition to Custodial, Balloon Sellers, Main Street Operations, and Security.
