With Universal’s Mardi Gras wrapping up just about a week ago, it seems as though Universal Studios Florida has made a decision to continue offering some tasty treats that would not otherwise be available. Some Mardi Gras favorite has returned along with some brand new offerings.
- Guests will find three different food and beverage locations around the park, each with its own distinct menu.
- The first location is between the Transformers attraction and the Central Park area.
- Here, guests will find some returning Mardi Gras favorites like Arepas and Coxinha as well as some new dishes like Elotes Asados and Esquites Asados.
- Guests will find two more returning favorites – a Pressed Cuban Sandwich and Beef Empanadas – at a food truck located across from the entrance to Fast & Furious: Supercharged.
- And finally, another food truck can be found near Chez Alcatraz, this one serving up a brand new menu of Melts and Mac ‘N’ Cheese.
- We tried the Smoky Brisket Melt from this location and it should shoot to the top of your list of must-try foods at Universal Studios Florida.
- Of course, all three of these “Summer Bites” menus also feature special beverage offerings, including craft beers, hard seltzers and more.
- Universal has not made any official announcements regarding these new menus so it is unclear just how long they will be available.
