Wes Anderson’s The French Dispatch will finally hit theaters on October 22, 2021, after being delayed from its initial release date last summer.

  • The French Dispatch will be hitting theaters on October 22, 2021, after delays due to the pandemic last year.
  • Variety reported that the film will have its world premiere at the Cannes Film Festival which starts on July 6, before hitting theaters later in the year.
  • Searchlight Pictures acquired the world rights to Wes Anderson’s newest film back in September of 2019.
