What’s Happening:

  • Disney Parks Blog has announced reopening dates and menu changes coming soon to the Walt Disney World Resort for Sebastian’s Bistro (June 24) and ‘Ohana (July 9).
  • Bookings begin June 10 for both, with Sebastian’s Bistro having walk-in only through July 4.
  • Aside from the two locations reopening soon, Disney’s Animal Kingdom has seen Terra Treats, Isle of Java, Trilo-Bites, and Drinkwallah Snacks & Frozen Beverages reopen recently, with Tusker House Restaurant reopening on June 20.
  • The BoardWalk Ice Cream Shop also reopened, featuring sundaes and more.

Sebastian’s Bistro at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort – Reopening June 24

  • Sebastian’s Bistro will reopen with a new family-style meal at dinner.
  • Reopening Date: June 24, Nightly walk-in availability through July 4.
  • Bookings Available: Starting June 10 for reservations starting July 5.
  • Family-Style Dinner Menu:
    • The family-style meal will start with pull-apart rolls, leading to a Taste of the Caribbean platter that will feature oven-roasted citrus chicken, slow-cooked mojo pork with mango sambal, and grilled flank steak with mojito relish.
    • Sides include cilantro rice and beans, vegetable curry, and grilled broccolini.
    • Coconut shrimp can also be added to the meal.
    • Dessert features coconut-pineapple bread pudding.

‘Ohana at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort – Reopening July 9

  • ‘Ohana will have all-you-care-to-enjoy breakfast and dinner. Characters will not be a part of the offering when it returns, but there will be a strolling musician during dinner.
  • Reopening Date: July 9
  • Bookings Available: Starting June 10
  • Breakfast:
    • Breakfast will feature pineapple-coconut breakfast bread, Stitch and Mickey waffles, and “eggs”cellent breakfast skillets with ham, sausage, and breakfast potatoes.
  • Dinner:
    • Dinner starts with salad, 'Ohana coconut-papaya scones and cheddar-bacon biscuits, honey-coriander chicken wings, and pork dumplings.
    • The entrée platter will include teriyaki beef, roasted chicken, sausage, and island shrimp casserole served with fried rice and roasted broccolini.
    • Dessert will feature the popular ‘Ohana bread pudding served with warm caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream.
