Adventures by Disney has announced a policy update for deposits being refundable during the 14-day grace period previously given.

What’s Happening:
- Moving forward, Adventures by Disney will be changing the refundable window (14-days) based on when the Adventure Travel Agreement (ATA) has been returned.
- Recently, Adventures by Disney updated the policy for the 14-day grace period after booking for refunds, which was applied to reservations booked outside of the final payment window.
- This applied to bookings for the 2021 season more than 65 calendar days prior to travel and the 2022 season more than 120 calendar days prior to travel.
- Adventures by Disney will now have deposits only be refundable if requested before 14 days have passed on the original booking date and the Adventures Travel Agreement (ATA) has not been returned.
- Once either has happened (14-day window or ATA returned), the trip will become nonrefundable.
- Adventures by Disney states the 14-day window was given to have Guests be able to return the ATA or request a refund if they don’t agree to the ATA, the 14-day grace period will now end once the ATA has been returned.
