- The Cast Members include Pilar (General Manager), Allan (Art Guardian), and Mohamadou (Manager of the Downtown Restaurant).
- The video showcases each Cast Member and their history at the resort, including what they do now at Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel.

- The hotel welcomes Guests as soon as they enter the lobby, with backlit comic panels, three life-size Iron Man suits, and Captain America shields.
