The Magic Key Holder experience at Disneyland’s Starcade opened up today and Mike got a chance to check it out, including a look at some exclusive merchandise, photo ops, and more.
The first thing Magic Key Holders will see when heading to Starcade is the hours of operation. Key Holders will then provide a number to receive a message when it’s time to enter. The current operating hours for the location is 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm from now through October 30, 2021.
Once inside Key Holders will see a new welcome sign inviting you in with a really cool design featured on the back.
There are currently some Halloween photo ops featuring The Muppets for the upcoming Muppets Haunted Mansion special on Disney+ and a look at the past 19 gingerbread houses from Haunted Mansion Holiday as the overlay celebrates its 20th season.
A character meet and greet spot is also set up for Halloween where Mickey and Minnie showed up in their Halloween outfits.
Magic Key Holder merchandise has a display inside the experience, showcasing the personalized phone cases and Mickey ears available, with a sneak peek look at the popcorn bucket coming soon. Those are just some of the special offers available with many more to check out here.
Charging stations are also available, with plugs located on the side that feature ads for upcoming films like Encanto, and Ron’s Gone Wrong.
You can also spot some Magic Key projections located on the floor.
