The first round of our seventh annual Mouse Madness tournament continues today! This year we are attempting to determine the very best Disney TV theme song. We’ve narrowed the field down to just 16 themes and two of them will square off each day until we have our champion.
Before we move on to today’s matchup, let’s take a look at our last result. In our last contest, The Simpsons flipped Bob’s Burgers to move on to the elite 8.
Today’s matchup takes us to the “Disney Live-Action” region where the favored Mickey Mouse Club takes on Lizzie McGuire. Very few songs are as synonymous with Disney as the Mickey Mouse Club March. In fact, it’s hard to even get down Main Street, U.S.A. without hearing the song play in your head. This is absolutely one of the favorites to win it all. That being said, Lizzie McGuire is one of the most popular Disney Channel shows ever. This could be closer than we might have initially thought.
