Disneyland Paris Media Expo Recap: Several New Exciting Experiences Coming to the Resort

Disneyland Paris hosted a media expo this morning to share some exciting new additions coming to the resort. There are a lot of upcoming new experiences coming to the resort. Here’s a look at all the announcements from today’s expo.

  • Two of the most exciting upcoming additions are the Frozen and Avengers Campus lands. New artwork was released, giving us a new look at both of these lands.

  • And speaking of Frozen, a brand-new interactive adventure was also announced. Frozen: A Musical Invitation will open its doors at Animation Celebration in Walt Disney Studios Park.
  • Guests will be transported to the Kingdom of Arendelle, where they will be invited to play and interact with their favorite characters over several stages.

  • Frozen: A Musical Invitation will arrive on November 17 in Walt Disney Studios Park, teasing even more exciting Frozen offerings to come in 2020.
  • Frozen Celebration will bring exciting new festivities to Disneyland Paris, including a dazzling new show four times a day on the parade route starring Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, Olaf and Sven with incredible dancers and acrobats.
  • Frozen Celebration will be the perfect time to discover the brand-new surprise that Anna and Elsa have prepared for guests and it will run from January 11 to May 3.

  • Thrill-seekers at Disneyland Paris  will discover three new fearful experiences at The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror – A New Dimension of Chills.
  • To tell their new story, each elevator as well as the scenes of the attraction will be updated with new lights, projectors, media, remixed soundtrack, vehicle movements. Everything has been reprogrammed, modernized, or replaced if necessary.
  • The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror – A New Dimension of Chills will begin on September 28.

  • Disneyland Paris will also offer guests several new and returning seasonal experiences, including a new Disneyland Paris Princess Run, bringing a magical new runDisney experience to the resort from May 8-10.
  • Other seasonal offerings will include holiday parties, Disney Wild Festival, Electroland and more.

  • Some new information was shared on the renovation of Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel.
  • Guests will soon be able to experience Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel, celebrating 80 years of Marvel storytelling in a typical New York setting, with a contemporary Art Deco style
  • New looks at the rooms, lobby, restaurants and other offerings at the hotel were shared.
  • Reservations for Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel open November 5 and the hotel is expected to open in Summer 2020.

  • Finally, a brand new interactive show will be coming to Walt Disney Studios Park
  • The new show will be coming to Studio D in Walt Disney Studios Park next spring.
  • Few details on the new show have been shared at the time but we know it will feature Mickey, Minnie and their friends from Disney Junior.
  • The new experience will give little one the chance to sing and dance alongside their favorite characters.
