Disney on Broadway Used as Category on “Jeopardy”

The contestants of last night’s episode of the iconic game show Jeopardy had their knowledge of Disney on Broadway tested as it was used as one of the categories. Watch the video below to see if you can name all of these Disney shows. (Spoiler alert: you probably can).

  • The category was used as a way to celebrate 25 years of Disney on Broadway.
  • As one of the questions from the game pointed out, Disney on Broadway’s first presentation was of Beauty and the Beast in 1994.
  • Since then, Disney on Broadway has put together productions of:
    • Aida
    • Aladdin
    • Frozen
    • The Lion King
    • The Little Mermaid
    • Mary Poppins
    • Newsies
    • Tarzan

  • In other Jeopardy news, ABC’s game show is set to bring back the three highest money-winners in the show’s history in a multiple consecutive night event called Jeopardy: The Greatest of All Time.
  • The multi-night event will begin on Tuesday, January 7 on ABC.
