The Meadow Swimmin’ Pool waterslide and water play area will be closed for refurbishment starting April 12th at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground.

What’s Happening:

  • Guests staying at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground this April and May should note that elements of the resort’s main feature pool will be unavailable.
  • The waterslide and water play area of the Meadow Swimmin’ Pool will be unavailable beginning April 12th and work will continue through the month of May.
  • Guests will still be able to enjoy the pool itself, along with the nearby amenities like tennis courts, volleyball courts, basketball courts and a playground.
  • The adjacent Meadow Recreation Area will also be in operation, which includes restrooms, an arcade and a quick service food counter.
  • The 67-foot-long corkscrew slide and water play area are expected to reopen this June.
