With big holiday crowds descending upon Walt Disney World this week, Typhoon Lagoon is taking the opportunity to test an interesting offering: the Adult Cove.
Located in the area that was formerly home to the Shark Reef attraction, the Adult Cove includes seating as well as a steel drum player for entertainment. As the name implies, this area is reserved exclusively for guests 18 or older.
In other Typhoon Lagoon news, Miss Adventure Falls remains closed following an unfortunate incident that injured one guest earlier this month. According to reports, the guest was injured after his arm got stuck in one of the ride’s conveyor belts.
No word on when Miss Adventure Falls might reopen but Adult Cove is scheduled to be available through December 31st.
