Disney’s Winners at 2025 Saturn Awards Include “Alien: Romulus,” “Deadpool & Wolverine,” “Agatha All Along,” More

Several different Star Wars releases also took home awards.

Yesterday the 52nd annual Saturn Awards were presented by the Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror Films, and Disney was among the list of winners in a number of categories.

What’s happening:

  • The Walt Disney Company and its subsidiaries picked up a total of nine wins at this year’s Saturn Awards, which were presented yesterday in Universal City, California.
  • The Saturn Awards launched in 1973, celebrating the genres of science fiction, fantasy, and horror in film and television, and were initially referred to as the Golden Scrolls.
  • This year Marvel Studios’ Deadpool & Wolverine took home four Saturn Awards, while 20th Century Studios’ Alien: Romulus and Marvel Studios’ Disney+ series Agatha All Along each earned one. Three different Star Wars projects from Lucasfilm also earned one award each (see list below).

The Walt Disney Company’s winners at the 2025 Saturn Awards are as follows:

  • Best Horror Film – Alien: Romulus
  • Best Action/Adventure Film – Deadpool & Wolverine
  • Best Supporting Actor In a Film – Hugh Jackman (Deadpool & Wolverine)
  • Best Film Editing – Dean Zimmerman & Shane Reid (Deadpool & Wolverine)
  • Best Film Production Designer – Patrice Vermette (Deadpool & Wolverine)
  • Best Superhero Television Series – Agatha All Along
  • Best Animated Series – Star Wars: The Bad Batch
  • Best Actress In a Television Series – Rosario Dawson (Star Wars: Ahsoka)
  • Best Television Home Media Release – Star Wars: Andor

This year’s major winners from other studios included Dune: Part Two, Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, Godzilla Minus One, The Wild Robot, and Fallout. The next Saturn Awards will be held in early 2026.
