Disney’s Hollywood Studios has some great places to grab a bite to eat. The ABC Commissary is one of those places and it’s about to get even better. The Disney Parks Blog has announced today that there are some exciting new enhancements coming to the ABC Commissary.
- The restaurant will undergo these enhancements over the next few months as part of the ongoing overall transformation of Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
- Some of the enhancements will include new self-serve beverage stations and new Art-Deco-inspired elements and furnishings,
- The menu will also see a new enhancement with the addition of a Pot Roast served over mashed potatoes and root vegetables with beef gravy and onion straws.
- Guests looking to get dinner at the ABC Commissary can now make reservations at the restaurant.
- Guests will still enjoy the same fast-casual dining experience – ordering their food at a cash register, receiving a pager and having their food brought to their table – only now, guests can reserve guaranteed seating.
- Reservations are open now with bookings beginning on June 2.
- In the meantime, the ABC Commissary will continue to offer a quick-service dining experience for lunch and fast-casual experience for dinner, featuring delicious favorites like a plant-based burger topped with vegan mayonnaise-ketchup blend, spicy Sriracha mustard and griddled balsamic glazed onions and bell peppers, and the BBQ Rib Platter with tender dry-rubbed slow-smoked pork ribs tossed in a sweet BBQ sauce served with coleslaw, pickles, and steak fries.
