“The Simpsons” Limited Edition 20 Season DVD Box Set Coming December 3rd

Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment announced in July that the 19th season of The Simpsons would be coming to DVD this December, to complete the collection of fans who had a disgruntled gap between seasons 18 and 20. AWN broke the news today that on December 3rd, a 20-season DVD box set will also be available with a limited edition size of 1,000 units! The set will be exclusive to Best Buy and Amazon, with each retailer receiving 500 copies. The set is now available for pre-order from Best Buy.

  • Fox Home Entertainment is releasing a 20-season DVD box set of The Simpsons on December 3rd.
  • The set contains 441 episodes from the first 20 seasons, including the Michael Jackson episode “Stark Raving Dad” that was recently pulled from digital media platforms.
  • There’s over 165 hours of content spread across 79 discs.
  • All of the previously released bonus features from the individual releases will be included.
  • Suggested retail price is $549.99, which comes out to $27.49 per season.
  • Best Buy is now taking pre-orders for the limited edition box set.
