We took a stroll around Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World today to take a look at some of the updates at the park for the upcoming World’s Most Magical Celebration.
First off, we took a close look at some of the embellishments being added to Cinderella Castle.
Back when the World’s Most Magical Celebration was announced, we learned that Cinderella Castle will feature golden bunting, sparkling golden embellishments, and a 50th anniversary crest, much of which you can see in the images above.
At night, Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom Park will sparkle with pixie dust.
Cinderella Castle is not the only piece of the park that has seen some updates however. Fantasyland has also seen some new changes, including the entrance to Peter Pan’s Flight.
Some of the rooftops have received a new paint job to match Cinderella Castle as well, specifically near The Pinocchio Village Haus.
“The World’s Most Magical Celebration,” will start on October 1, 2021, and continue for 18 months.
Shimmering EARidescent décor will appear around the resort while the icons at each park will transform at night to “Beacons of Magic.”
