Halloween Time is fast approaching, as Southern California’s Disneyland Resort prepares to welcome “Spooky Season” starting tomorrow, September 3. But ahead of these not-so-frightening festivities, Disneyland introduced eye-catching new Halloween outfits for both Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse.
These Halloween costumes were first worn by Mickey and Minnie inside Disneyland’s Magic Key Starcade Experience, which opened yesterday morning in Tomorrowland exclusively for Magic Key Holders.
What’s happening:
- Mickey and Minnie Mouse debuted their new Halloween costumes yesterday morning at the Magic Key Starcade Experience in Disneyland. Mickey’s orange vampire-esque suit is accented by a black cape and striped bowtie, while Minnie is dressed as a cute dark-gray cat with orange highlights.
- The two popular characters rotate out one at a time on a “Halloween Magic” stage decorated with Jack o’Lanterns inside the Tomorrowland Starcade area for photo ops with guests standing on the floor in front of them.
- The Magic Key Starcade Experience is only accessible to Magic Key Holders, but we anticipate Mickey and Minnie will be wearing these outfits in the park throughout Disneyland’s Halloween season this year, beginning this Friday.
