Sweet Treats and Screams Await "Monsters, Inc." Fans at Disney California Adventure

Sweets and screams await fans of Monsters, Inc. visiting Disney California Adventure!

What's Happening:

• The Disney Eats Instagram has revealed a sweet new cake pop and a Monsters, Inc.-themed novelty item coming soon to Disney California Adventure.
• The sipper takes screaming twist from Monsters, Inc., designed to resemble a scream canister straight from the iconic doors of Monstropolis.
• The sipper was initially previewed last year at Destination D23, and was teased once again in February.
• Now, we know that visitors to the Disneyland Resort will be able to get their hands on the Monsters, Inc. Scream Canister Bucket at select locations across Disney California Adventure beginning April 9.

• Meanwhile, you can head over to Bing Bong’s Sweet Stuff on Pixar Pier beginning April 6 to try out the new Sulley Vanilla Cake Pop.

• We recently learned that Monsters, Inc. Mike & Sulley to the Rescue, which was originally supposed to close early this year, will be remaining open until 2027.
• At that point, the attraction will close to make way for the park's upcoming Avatar expansion – which will be built on a portion of the current Hollywood Land.
