In the meantime here are some of the most important things to know about Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge:

Between May 31 and June 23, guests will need to have valid park admission and a reservation to visit the Galaxy’s Edge portion of Disneyland. There are no exceptions. At this time no more public reservations are available, however guests staying at any of the three Disneyland Resort hotels during these dates can make a Galaxy’s Edge reservation as well. Starting June 24, guests will not need a reservation to visit Galaxy’s Edge. They will still be required to have valid park admission and will need to join a boarding group either through the My Disney Experience app or in the park at designated locations. Joining a boarding group doesn’t guarantee entry to Galaxy’s Edge.

The infamous Oga’s Cantina on Black Spire Outpost will be the place to visit for thirsty travelers. Here guests of all ages can enjoy a variety of exotic beverages as well as some tasty local cuisine. Of course, Oga’s isn’t the only location serving refreshments; guests can find delicious creations at:

  • The Milk Stand
  • Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo
  • Kat Saka’s Kettle
  • Ronto Roasters

Opening Day Merchandise

Limited edition, limited release, and Annual Passholder pins celebrating the opening day of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge will be available on the Upper level of Star Wars Launch Bay in Disneyland. Additionally, several other locations throughout the Disneyland Resort will also be selling themed items that won’t be available inside Galaxy’s Edge.

Unique Merchandise

From galactic fashions and interesting creatures to custom made astromech droids and handbuilt lightsabers they can construct themselves, guests will find all sorts of fascinating items on Batuu to add to their personal collections. Check out the impressive merchandise that was on display at Star Wars Celebration

Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge will feature original music composed by none other than the legendary John Williams.
