Disney Gives Inside Look at Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

It’s almost time for guests of Disney’s Hollywood Studios to join a racing legend. Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy opens this week and the Disney Parks Blog has shared an inside look at the coming attraction.

  • Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy will be a 10-minute show featuring Lightning live on stage as he shares his racing knowledge.
  • The show will also feature more of your favorites from Radiator Springs, like Mater and Cruz Ramirez.
  • Fans of the Disney-Pixar Cars franchise can also enjoy a meet and greet with Cruz as well as “DJ’s Ready! Set! Party Time!,” which will invite guests to take part in Cars-inspired dancing and games.
  • Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy will open March 31 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Walt Disney World.
