Is there anything more magical than a Disney vacation? How about a Disney cruise? In 2022, Disney Cruise Line’s Disney Wish will set sail, but before that, they want to unveil some new details in a special virtual presentation, Once Upon a Disney Wish.
What’s Happening:
- The wish you’ve been waiting for will soon come true! The Disney Parks Blog has shared that Disney Cruise Line will be unveiling never-before-released details about the Disney Wish at the end of the month.
- As previously announced, the Disney Wish will sail the high seas starting in summer 2022.
- The virtual presentation Once Upon a Disney Wish, takes place on Thursday, April 29 at 11 am ET, and guests can tune in on the Disney Parks Blog.
- Along with the post, Disney gave fans a sneak peek at what’s coming in a video hosted by Cruise Director Ashely Long. Take a look:
- During the upcoming 30-minute virtual presentation, Disney Cruise Line will give guests a sneak peek at all of the magic that awaits, including a look behind-the-scenes with Walt Disney Imagineers and the creative team bringing the Disney Wish to life.
- But that’s not all, the enchanting reveal will include special character appearances and surprise performances.
- Guests can reserve their spot today and will also receive an exclusive virtual background.

- A few weeks ago, Disney Cruise Line released their 2022 itineraries which include sailings for the Disney Wish. Bookings are now open for many of the summer trips abroad Disney’s magical vessels.
- During the keel laying ceremony for the Disney Wish, Disney revealed that Captain Minnie will be featured on the bow of the ship!
