Mickey and the Gang Set Off on New Adventures in “Mickey Mouse Funhouse” Premiering August 20th

The next iteration of Mickey and pals adventures comes to Disney Junior this summer. Mickey Mouse Funhouse debuts on August 20th and will introduce a new character, Funny, that fans are sure to love.

What’s Happening:

  • Mickey Mouse and the gang are back to star in a new original series for Disney Junior premiering this summer.
  • Mickey Mouse Funhouse comes to fans on Friday, August 20th with a simulcast on Disney Channel and Disney Junior at 8:00 am EDT/PDT. The premiere will also be available in DisneyNOW.
  • In addition to Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and other pals, the series introduces a new character, Funny, an enchanted talking playhouse voiced by Harvey Guillén (What We Do in the Shadows).
  • Funny who takes the gang on adventures to unique lands that inspire the imagination, introducing a whole new generation to the captivating world of these beloved characters.
  • Prior to the series debut, Disney Junior will feature a primetime special Mickey the Brave! on Friday, July 16th at 7:30 pm EDT/PDT.
  • Following its television premiere, the series will stream on Disney+ at a yet to be announced date.

  • Throughout the year Disney Junior will unveil off-air offerings to enhance the experience for the preschool audience including:
    • An assortment of children's books from Disney Publishing Worldwide
    • Playsets, figures and apparel
    • Plush and home décor
    • And more
  • Merchandise will be available at shopDisney.com, Disney store and retailers nationwide.
  • Walt Disney Records will release the digital soundtrack Disney Junior Music: Mickey Mouse Funhouse Vol. 1 on July 16th.
